What We Do
School Mindset Programs
Practical, engaging experiences that help young people understand how their minds work and build tools for pressure, self-doubt and emotional regulation at school, in sport and in life.
We ask young people to be confident and resilient. But do we teach them how?
Young people are navigating expectations, comparison, uncertainty, relationships, decisions and pressure.
They do not need to be told simply to stop overthinking or believe in themselves. They need to understand what their mind is doing and know how to respond when fear, doubt or emotion begins to influence their choices.
Enriched Athletes makes mindset training practical. Students develop greater awareness of what is happening internally and learn tools that help them choose an intentional next step, even when everything does not feel settled.
Two Ways to Bring Mindset Training Into Your School
Choose a complete student-development experience or mindset training designed specifically for your school sport environment.
General Student Program
Mindset Training for Life
School keynote + interactive workshop + personal workbook
Mindset Training for Life is a practical school experience that helps students understand how their minds work and gives them tools to respond to self-doubt, pressure and emotion with greater intention.
This is not about positive thinking or removing fear. It is about learning to notice where the mind goes, shift focus and take an intentional next step.
The Keynote
Australian Olympian and Performance Mindset Coach Nat Burton shares the reality behind an Olympic career — the dream, self-doubt, pressure, setbacks, and what one of her most difficult sporting moments taught her about failure, identity and self-worth.
The Interactive Workshop
Students apply the ideas to their own lives through guided reflection, discussion and practical activities. They examine their patterns, identify how they want to respond, and develop tools they can use beyond the session.

School Sport and Athlete Development
School Sport Mindset Program
The School Sport Mindset Program strengthens school teams and athlete-development programs by giving student-athletes practical mindset tools for performance, wellbeing and life.
Designed to complement existing on-field and on-court coaching, the program helps athletes understand how their mindset influences training, competition and recovery.
Students learn practical ways to respond to pressure and mistakes, direct their focus, manage emotion and build confidence through how they act — not by waiting to feel confident first.
The program can be delivered as a one-off workshop, a short series or a longer-term program embedded within the school’s sport environment.

The Program Can Support
- School teams and representative squads
- Specialist sport and athlete-development programs
- Leadership and team-culture development
- Preparation for major competitions or tournaments
- Pressure, confidence and emotional regulation
- Game preparation, reflection and reset routines
Content and delivery are shaped around the age of the athletes, their sporting environment and the outcomes the school wants to create.
