Programs to empower athletes to pursue their best, enriching every part of their lives.

Mindset Workshops

Our Mindset Workshops are small group sessions that provide athletes with the opportunity to receive wellbeing support and develop their mindset skills in order to complement the physical skills learned on the playing field.

Through stories, demonstrations, and activities, athletes deepen their understanding of the power their mindset has on their wellbeing and performance, and discover tools to help them navigate the many transition points in an athlete’s life.

These workshops are designed for athletes who:

  • Want to discover a new level of performance
  • Feel they are missing something from their game
  • Want to learn how to play with confidence
  • Are interested in learning from athletes who have walked the pathways they wish to walk
  • Want to train their mind like a professional athlete does
  • Are curious as to how their mindset influences their performance

Athletes will discover answers to questions that have gone unanswered in sport for too long:

  • How do I get more confidence?
  • How do I deal with nerves before a game?
  • What do I do when my emotions feel out of control?
  • How do I stay motivated when chasing my dreams?
  • How do I become my best when it feels like I’m never good enough?

  • How do I handle the pressure from my parents, coaches and teammates?

Types Of Mindset Workshops

Performance Mindset Workshop

In this workshop, athletes will create an individualised and unique Mindset Plan that empowers you to play with freedom, passion and joy, while striving to be your best in every situation.

The Performance Mindset Workshop will help you:

• Develop an awareness of your current mindset and how it may be limiting you
• Discover a mindset that helps you perform at your best
• Learn tangible skills to re-direct your focus in times of stress
• Create a mindset plan to follow in your sporting journey
• Receive guidance while navigating the many stressors in sport
• Develop your sense of self-worth outside of your performance
• Learn and implement wellbeing practices to support all areas of your life

Goal Setting Workshop

This workshop provides athletes with the essential knowledge and skills needed for effective goal setting; a vital tool in every athlete’s toolkit. Athletes will learn how to set purposeful goals that sharpen their focus, boost their motivation and help enhance their performance.

The Goal Setting Workshop will help athletes with:

  • Intentional Goal Setting – Develop goals that align strengths with team roles.
  • Action Plans Translate goals into clear, actionable steps on and off court.
  • Performance & Wellbeing – Master techniques to manage performance pressure effectively.
  • Expert Guidance – learn from Nat’s own experiences on the world’s biggest stage.

Sideline Workshop

The role of parents and coaches in shaping a young athlete’s journey is undeniably crucial. Their support, guidance, and management of their own emotions are key factors that can significantly impact an athlete’s development and performance.

The Sideline workshop has been designed to help supporters and coaches understand a young athletes experience and ideal support model, the challenges that come with being a supporter of an athlete and tools to assist the journey.

Sideline promotes the ‘how to’ for coaches and supporters to help young athletes be the best that they can be. It isn’t just technical support; it is a holistic model that helps young people succeed.
